We have multiple levels available across the London Talent Acquisition function, from TA Partners and Managers through to Senior Managers.

Location: Nine Elms, London
Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days per week in our Nine Elms office

At DAMAC Digital, we're building a world-class Talent Acquisition function to support one of the most ambitious digital infrastructure growth strategies in the market. As part of this journey, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing London team.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of recruitment within a fast-paced, high-growth business, partnering with senior stakeholders to attract exceptional talent across complex technical projects.

What you'll be doing

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across various verticals within the Data Centre space.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively sourcing, attracting and engaging high-calibre talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards and market mapping.
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring requirements.
  • Conducting competency-based interviews to assess technical capability, experience and cultural fit.
  • Managing the candidate journey from initial engagement through to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
  • Advising hiring managers on talent availability, market insights and recruitment best practice.
  • Negotiating offers in line with internal compensation frameworks and market benchmarks.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data, reporting and pipeline activity while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes, employer branding and candidate attraction strategies.
  • Leading, coaching and developing recruitment team members where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
