The Role
We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to run searches for clients mainly in France and the UK. You'll recruit across functions and levels, from head office roles in creative, buying and merchandising to marketing, finance, operations and tech. You'll own your mandates end to end and grow the accounts you work on.
You'll work in French and English every day from our London base, with an important share of your roles based in France.
What You'll Do
- Run permanent, freelance and short-term searches from brief to signed offer. That covers the intake, market mapping, direct approach, screening, shortlist, interviews and offer negotiation.
- Use Nova, our AI sourcing tool, to map and rank the market in hours, then spend your time where judgement matters: assessing people and advising clients.
- Challenge the brief when the market tells a different story from the job title.
- Grow your key accounts and bring in new mandates, inside and outside fashion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
