Talent Acquisition Partner
This is an exciting opportunity to join our newly created internal European Talent Acquisition team, playing a key role in shaping how we attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across Beko Europe.
You will be joining at a pivotal moment as we build a new internal Talent Acquisition model for Europe. This is a chance to help shape a more proactive, insight-led and candidate-focused recruitment approach, working across multiple countries, functions and cultures to attract the talent that will support Beko Europe’s future growth.
Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment across designated European markets and functions. The role acts as a trusted partner to Business HR teams and Hiring Managers, combining proactive sourcing, market insight, assessment expertise and strong candidate care to help Beko Europe attract and hire the talent needed for current and future business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across defined European portfolio.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct sourcing, screening, assessment and interview coordination activities.
- Manage recruitment processes through SuccessFactors and recruitment platforms.
- Ensure all vacancies are managed in line with agreed service levels and governance processes.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent vacancies and prioritising activity against changing business demands.
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media and talent communities.
- Support internal talent mobility and succession planning initiatives.
- Leverage AI-enabled sourcing and screening technologies to improve efficiency.
- Support organisational design, internal talent moves, succession planning and workforce planning initiatives by providing talent market insights and recruitment expertise.
- Support diverse candidate attraction strategies and inclusive recruitment practices across all hiring activities.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with Business HR teams and Hiring Managers.
- Provide recruitment expertise and labour market insights.
- Influence hiring decisions through data, benchmarking and market intelligence.
- Promote consistent recruitment standards and processes across Europe.
- Ensures seamless candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

Employer Branding
- Support execution of Beko Europe's employer branding strategy.
- Create and promote employer brand content across recruitment channels.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events and university engagement activities.
- Support Top Employer and EVP initiatives where relevant.
Governance, Compliance & Flexibility
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and local employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.
- Support audit and compliance requirements relating to recruitment activities.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support wider Talent, Culture and Employee Experience priorities during periods of lower recruitment activity, including employer branding initiatives, talent market mapping, succession planning, talent pipelining, workforce planning, talent projects, audit activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage sensitive and confidential recruitment activities with discretion, including executive, organisationally sensitive and confidential searches, ensuring appropriate levels of privacy, stakeholder management and data protection at all times.

Experience & Qualifications
Essential
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Executive Search.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience recruiting across multiple countries, functions and stakeholder groups within a complex organisational environment.
- Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping and candidate assessment capability.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent recruitment projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders, hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
- Experience supporting hiring decisions through market intelligence, assessment and benchmarking.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
- Experience analysing recruitment metrics and using data to improve hiring outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English is essential.
- German or Dutch would be desirable.

- Multi-country or international recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting across European markets.
- Experience working within an in-house Talent Acquisition function, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment, or both.
- Experience within a matrix, multinational or shared services environment.
- Experience supporting organisational growth, transformation or change programmes.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment.
- Experience leveraging AI and recruitment technology to improve sourcing and screening efficiency.
- Knowledge of employer branding, EVP and talent attraction strategies.
- Knowledge of European employment legislation, GDPR and Pay Transparency requirements.
- Experience supporting internal mobility, talent pipelining and succession planning initiatives.
