At Publicis Groupe, we believe our people are our greatest competitive advantage. We're looking for a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent team, supporting UK-based global business teams across the Groupe.
In this role, you'll do far more than fill vacancies. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, champion exceptional candidate experiences, and help us attract diverse talent who will shape the future of our business. You'll have the opportunity to influence hiring decisions, build strategic talent pipelines, and play a key role in creating an inclusive workforce that reflects the world around us.

Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions across a diverse portfolio of roles.
You'll:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals, hiring needs and future talent requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing regular market insights, hiring updates and recruitment recommendations
- Identify, engage and attract high-quality active and passive candidates through a variety of sourcing channels
- Conduct meaningful candidate conversations, assessing skills, motivations and potential fit while ensuring a positive experience throughout the process
- Build and nurture talent communities and pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
- Develop creative sourcing and engagement strategies to reach diverse, underrepresented and hard-to-find talent
- Leverage data, market intelligence and competitor insights to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies
- Generate referrals and build professional networks that help strengthen our talent pools
- Create strong relationships internally and externally, acting as an ambassador for Publicis Groupe and our employer brand
- Continuously look for ways to improve recruitment processes, candidate experiences and hiring outcomes

Qualifications
- Previous recruitment experience within the media, advertising, marketing, media owner or related industries
- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously across different functions and disciplines.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability, including experience using social platforms, search tools and Boolean techniques
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for finding innovative ways to attract great talent
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to build credibility with hiring managers and business leaders
- Confidence using recruitment data and market insights to influence decision-making.
- Strong organisation and administration skills, including maintaining accurate recruitment records and ATS updates
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment where priorities can change
- A collaborative approach and commitment to creating an inclusive and positive team culture
