What this job involves:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated to one of our largest client accounts, you'll play a pivotal role in building the teams that drive our business forward. This is a client-dedicated position where you'll serve as the embedded recruitment expert for a specific business area, developing deep knowledge of their talent needs and operating as a strategic partner to their leadership team.

This position combines strategic recruitment planning with hands-on talent sourcing, requiring you to work closely with your dedicated client group to understand their needs and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. You'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing attraction strategies and sourcing candidates to managing offers and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

You'll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers within your client area, providing insights on market trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.

This role demands both strategic thinking and operational excellence, as you'll balance proactive talent pipeline development with the immediate needs of open requisitions. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Serve as the dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for the client, developing deep business understanding and building trusted relationships with their leadership teams
  • Create compelling employer value propositions and develop targeted routes to market that attract top talent aligned with the client's current and future needs
  • Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels including direct outreach, social media, employee referrals, university partnerships, and diversity associations
  • Manage the complete candidate journey from initial screening through offer negotiation, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence and inclusion
  • Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines by anticipating future hiring needs and maintaining relationships with passive candidates in key talent segments
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors and Researchers to leverage data-driven insights and optimise recruitment outcomes
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data across JLL and client systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Generate meaningful client reports and analytics that provide business leaders with actionable insights into recruitment performance and market trends
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and advancing JLL and the client’s commitment to building diverse teams

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment with a track record of successfully delivering against business hiring goals
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities with demonstrated experience partnering effectively with senior business leaders and hiring managers
  • Deep knowledge of modern talent acquisition techniques, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment tools in competitive talent markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credible relationships across all organisational levels
  • Understanding of workforce planning practices, recruitment program design, and vendor management
  • Working knowledge of employment law, diversity and inclusion regulations, and data protection requirements relevant to recruitment
  • Flexibility, creativity, and resilience to adapt recruitment strategies in response to evolving business needs and market challenges
  • High degree of confidentiality and professional discretion when handling sensitive candidate and business information

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing or mentoring team members within a talent acquisition function
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience working on a dedicated client account through an RPO / Consulting agreement / Secondment
  • Track record of innovating recruitment approaches and discovering new channels for attracting talent in competitive markets
  • Familiarity with Workday Recruiting or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Experience recruiting for professional services, real estate, or similar industries
