We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a passion for active sourcing and a proven ability to attract top talent across EMEA & EEMEA.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on identifying and engaging passive candidates, building strategic talent pipelines, and managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, global environment.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA & EEMEA, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and attract passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and provide market insights.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while ensuring speed, quality, and a high hiring bar.
  • Leverage recruiting data and market intelligence to drive informed hiring decisions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience within the technology industry.
  • Proven expertise in active sourcing and headhunting, with a strong track record of hiring passive talent.
  • Experience recruiting GTM talent across EMEA & EEMEA.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English.
