The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your primary responsibility will be to attract, assess, and hire top talent by creating meaningful experiences for candidates and employees throughout their hiring journey. You will manage and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in the UK.
The Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing strategy, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to selected candidates; own the end-to-end recruitment process (360°).
- Create moments that matter by delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Act as a trusted business partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and oversee the overall recruitment process, while strengthening the employer brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through communication with external candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, conduct kick-off meetings to gain an in-depth understanding of role requirements, define hiring criteria, and translate these into candidate-centric job advertisements.
- Understand talent pipeline needs and take proactive action to identify and engage candidates. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, including passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, attendance at job fairs and networking events, and the effective use of social media.
- Execute sourcing strategies and manage relationships with recruitment vendors and agencies in close cooperation with GPO.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, assessment centers, internal assessments, and reference checks, while maintaining accurate records in the SuccessFactors (SF) system.
- Analyze recruitment challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop local social media content to support recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to and participate in innovative recruitment projects and initiatives.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends and proactively share and integrate new ideas into day-to-day recruitment practices.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor and improve recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-of-hire, and diversity hiring outcomes.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, including campus recruitment activities, industry events, and social media campaigns.
- Conduct regular site visits.

The Requirements:
- At least 4-6 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition professional within a medium to large organization.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including partnering with, advising, and influencing stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Proven experience coaching and guiding hiring managers on recruitment and selection best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of a wide range of recruitment channels and sourcing methods, including managing relationships with existing recruitment partners, identifying new sourcing channels, and proactively engaging passive candidates.
- Experience creating and maintaining job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Experience leveraging social media platforms to attract talent and strengthen employer branding.
- Proven experience conducting competency-based interviews and preparing candidate assessments and recommendations.
- Experience conducting assessment centers and administering pre-employment screening and assessment tools.
- Proven experience analyzing recruitment funnel data and implementing solutions for challenging or hard-to-fill positions.
- Experience managing recruitment metrics and using data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
- Experience creating and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Strong awareness of emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Strong passion for and commitment to the field of recruitment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Professional maturity and resilience to manage challenging situations, stakeholders, and business partners effectively.
