At SEPHORA UK

It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.

Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help shape the future of SEPHORA UK by attracting, engaging and hiring exceptional talent across our Head Office functions.

Working in close partnership with hiring managers and HR, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio including eCommerce, Digital, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Operations. As a trusted talent advisor, you'll go beyond filling vacancies - building strong talent pipelines, delivering outstanding candidate experiences and influencing hiring decisions that support our continued growth. You'll also play a key role in strengthening SEPHORA's employer brand, bringing innovative attraction strategies to life and ensuring we remain a destination employer for top talent.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand current and future talent needs, developing effective attraction and hiring strategies across a range of corporate functions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing strategy through to offer management and handover to HR for onboarding.
  • Proactively source and engage high-calibre talent through a combination of direct search, networking, referrals, talent pipelines, social media and external partnerships.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for key and future-critical roles, ensuring SEPHORA has access to diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Screen, assess and shortlist candidates, conducting interviews and providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coach and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a consistent, inclusive and high-quality selection experience.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, meaningful feedback and strong stakeholder management.
  • Analyse recruitment activity and market trends, providing insights and recommendations that support continuous improvement and informed talent decisions.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with relevant employment legislation, internal policies and data privacy requirements.
  • Support broader Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives that enhance SEPHORA's visibility, reputation and ability to attract top talent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
