Talent Acquisition Partner

📍 Bristol, UK (Hybrid Working)

Are you an experienced recruiter looking for an opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers, influence hiring decisions, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences? We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a dynamic international FMCG business. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of corporate functions while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and key business stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple corporate functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, attract, and engage high-quality talent through a variety of channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Provide hiring managers with market insights and recruitment recommendations
  • Ensure recruitment activities are delivered efficiently and aligned with best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

  • 1-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Previous recruitment experience within an agency, in-house environment, or corporate/professional services setting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, consultative approach to recruitment
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work 2 days per week from our Bristol office
