EMEA Recruitment is working with an international retail organization to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment cycle across both corporate and retail roles.
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
You'll be responsible for sourcing top talent, assessing their suitability for roles, coordinating the interview process, and handling feedback and offer processes.
There is also the opportunity to work on TA projects related to employer branding, process improvement, and leveraging technology.
Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Partner
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through to offer
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Proactively source passive and diverse talent using a range of approaches
- Provide guidance on interviews, candidate assessment, and offers
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver a high-quality candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and systems

Experience required
- Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, international experience a plus
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Proactive, curious, and solutions-focused
