Talent Acquisition Partner
Talent Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our RPO Centre of Recruitment Excellence, servicing one of our key insurance clients in the City of London. We’re seeking a dynamic professional passionate about helping stakeholders tackle their toughest hiring challenges, whilst providing a gold standard candidate experience. In this role, you’ll leverage data and market intelligence to drive strategic recruitment initiatives, deliver exceptional hiring results, and exceed client expectations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. This is a hybrid role that will require the employee to be onsite 2-3 times a week.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and execute full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer.
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using innovative and data-informed strategies.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific hiring standards.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and P&C partners, providing guidance on workforce planning, market insights, salary benchmarking and talent strategy.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and support.
- Engage and manage PSL providers where needed, tracking performance and ensuring approvals and processes are followed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and labour market dynamics.
- Share insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams.
- Attend industry events to promote employer brand and expand talent networks.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency, RPO, or in-house).
- Proven success sourcing talent within a corporate organisation, with previous insurance industry experience highly regarded
- Proficiency with various ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of seniority
- Passionate about candidate and stakeholder experience
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
