Job title – Talent Acquisition Partner
Location – Gerrards Cross, SL9 7QE
Salary – £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
Perm/Full-time

Your responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Partner
- Manage end to end recruitment across operational, technical and corporate vacancies
- Partner with hiring managers to plan workforce requirements and build effective hiring strategies
- Proactively source talent through direct search, networking, referrals and targeted recruitment campaigns
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to onboarding
- Develop talent pipelines, reduce agency reliance and provide market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment analytics
- Support employer branding initiatives while continually improving recruitment processes and systems

What we're looking for in a Talent Acquisition Partner
- Recruitment experience gained within construction, engineering or another technical environment
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted partnerships
- Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously within a fast-moving business
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Understanding of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and modern attraction strategies
