At Hays, we are partnered with a leading electronics company with an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join on a temporary assignment, from November 2026 - March 2027.
Based in Weybridge, UK, you will be responsible for recruitment activity hiring for teams working across the UK and multiple European countries. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, develop targeted sourcing strategies, attract diverse talent and advise hiring managers. You will play an important part in creating a strong candidate experience and securing the specialist talent needed.
You will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from role briefing, sourcing and screening through to interviews, selection and offer
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across Europe to clarify requirements, prioritise vacancies and deliver practical recruitment plans within a time-critical transition period
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent pools for specialist commercial, technical and corporate roles across consumer and professional Home Entertainment markets
- Use Workday, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels to identify and engage diverse candidates across multiple European markets
- Deliver a clear, inclusive and professional candidate experience, keeping candidates and stakeholders informed throughout the process and providing timely feedback
- Track recruitment progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders to support hiring readiness for April 2027
- Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and improve the hiring manager and candidate experience

- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience within a fast-paced environment (ideally international)
- Demonstrable experience hiring talent for comparable roles or industries, ideally including consumer electronics, home entertainment, display technology, audio, professional solutions, technology or related sectors
- Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting or a comparable applicant tracking system, together with confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing technologies
- Strong direct-sourcing capability and knowledge of techniques for identifying and engaging diverse talent
- Ability to conduct structured and competency-based interviews and to advise hiring managers on fair, evidence-based selection
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and closing skills, with the confidence to operate effectively in an evolving environment
- A proactive, organised and delivery-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities independently
- Fluent English; additional European languages would be an advantage
