Envitia
Envitia is a UK-based software and services company that helps organisations unlock the full value of their data to make better, faster decisions. With over 30 years of experience, we specialise in delivering innovative software products, solutions, and consultancy services that transform complex data challenges into actionable insights.
Our mission is to empower customers across defence, government, and national security sectors to harness the power of data — from geospatial intelligence to advanced analytics and AI integration. We are proud to be a trusted partner to UK defence and government organisations, delivering technology that drives smarter, data-driven outcomes.
We’re also delighted to have been named one of The Sunday Times Top 100 Medium-Sized Companies, a recognition of our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and creating an outstanding workplace where people can thrive.
The Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the attraction, engagement and hiring of technical professionals across Envitia’s Security & Intelligence business.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting technical and IT professionals within UK Defence and National Security markets, including candidates holding the highest levels of UK Security Clearance.
Working closely with our Security & Intelligence business and People & Culture team, the Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, build sustainable talent pipelines and provide trusted recruitment guidance to hiring managers.
The role requires a strong understanding of the challenges associated with recruitment in secure environments, including clearance eligibility, nationality requirements, candidate engagement and the limited availability of specialist skills.
This role is offered on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. Given the continued growth of our Security & Intelligence business, we expect there to be opportunities for the successful candidate to extend their contract or transition into a permanent position in the future.
Responsibilities

- Manage full lifecycle recruitment across technical, engineering and consulting leadership positions.
- Deliver recruitment activity for roles requiring advanced UK Security Clearance levels across Security & Intelligence programmes.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find candidates.

- Manage candidate pipelines through ATS and recruitment systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
