£41,593 + per annum depending upon experience

The Opportunity:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders across the business, owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and shaping hiring strategies that attract exceptional talent. You will build strong partnerships with stakeholders, understand workforce needs, and deliver proactive, data-driven solutions that support organizational growth. This role combines hands-on recruitment expertise with talent market insight, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while driving efficient, inclusive, and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Additional Information:

  • Monthly travel to Germany is required as part of this role to support business and operational needs.
  • This is a fully onsite position in Peterborough, requiring attendance in the office five days per week.
  • Fluency in German is essential for this role due to regular interaction with German-speaking stakeholders and candidates.

What You Will Do:

  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to provide expert recruitment advice, market insights, and talent acquisition strategies that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term business objectives. Using recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and hiring data to influence decision-making, drive continuous improvement, and ensure effective workforce planning.
  • Managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, including vacancy briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process while communicating orientation and start-date arrangements to support a smooth transition into the business.
  • Maximising the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and industry-leading sourcing tools to identify, engage, and attract high-quality talent. Building and maintaining robust talent pipelines for both current and future hiring requirements, reducing time-to-fill and enabling proactive recruitment planning.
  • Designing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidate pools through a range of channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and talent communities. Managing the selection process from initial engagement through to offer stage, ensuring fair and consistent hiring practices while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire, cost efficiency, and diversity and inclusion objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR colleagues, and business leaders to ensure recruitment activity is aligned with organisational goals. Acting as a trusted talent advisor, providing regular updates on market trends, candidate availability, competitor activity, and recruitment best practices to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Championing employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities, promoting the organisation as an employer of choice and ensuring a consistent, professional, and engaging candidate experience across all touchpoints.

What You Have:

  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Customer/Market Focus: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
  • Recruitment Channel Management: Knowledge of the benefit, selection, implementation, and operation of various recruitment channels (e.g., computer databases, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals); ability to use appropriate channels to achieve objectives of organizational talent strategy.
  • Candidate Screening: Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates.
  • Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
  • Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyse workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.
