As Airwallex scales rapidly, we seek a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen our Product & Design recruitment pipeline. This high-impact role spans the full hiring lifecycle, from defining hiring needs to sourcing top talent and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, blending executive alignment with hands-on execution to shape our future teams.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Executives

    • Collaborate with senior leaders to define hiring requirements, refine talent strategies, and supply alignment across Product and Design teams
  • Attract Top Global Talent

    • Design innovative sourcing strategies tailored to Senior ICs, PGs, and Leadership roles in niche markets like U.K, Netherlands, and key EMEA hubs
  • Own End-to-End Recruiting

    • Lead the hiring process from sourced outreach to offers, ensuring a world-class experience for both candidates and stakeholders
  • Drive Data-Driven Decisions

    • Leverage recruiting metrics/market insights to optimize efficiency, uphold a high hiring bar, and refine practices
  • Champion Talent Excellence

    • Implementation interviewer calibration, promoting best practices, and strengthening Airwallex’s employer brand for diverse, high-caliber candidates

Who You Are

  • 7+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, with 2+ years in-house experience

  • Key markets & scale: Proven track record hiring top Global Product & Design talent, including Senior ICs, Product GMs, and Leadership roles, especially in:

    • U.K.
    • Netherlands
    • Other key EMEA markets
  • Executive-level collaboration: Abilities to influence stakeholders,drive alignment on varied hiring priorities, with unwavering judgment

  • High-velocity results culture: Thrives in rapidly scaling environments, delivering high-impact work with precision and attention to detail
