Recruitment Advisor / Talent Acquisition Partner

Salary: c£55,000 + benefits
Surrey/Hants Hybrid

Are you a recruiter who wants to do more than simply fill roles?

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to become a trusted talent partner within a highly complex, technology-led organisation. This is an opportunity to influence hiring strategy, workforce planning and talent decisions across a critical business area while working closely with senior stakeholders. The role combines permanent recruitment, contingent workforce management, onboarding oversight and stakeholder partnership.

This is not a traditional delivery-focused recruitment role. You’ll sit between the business and recruitment providers, challenging thinking, interpreting data, influencing decisions and ensuring hiring activity is aligned to the wider workforce strategy.

The Role

Working as part of a high-performing Talent Acquisition and Onboarding team, you’ll:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage recruitment activity across both permanent and contingent hiring with the RPO partner.
  • Drive effective workforce planning conversations with hiring managers.
  • Hold recruitment partners accountable for delivery, quality and candidate experience.
  • Interpret recruitment data and dashboards to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate contractor and contingent workforce processes, including IR35 considerations.
  • Maintain oversight of onboarding activity through the first 30 days of employment.
  • Build strong relationships across HR, RPO partners, procurement, hiring managers and external suppliers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
