Skills And Competencies
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience gained within an in-house/RPO and agency recruiting environment, with demonstrated ability to attract and place high-quality talent
- Proven experience recruiting Sales and Marketing talent; experience within financial services, software, SaaS, data, risk insights, or professional services is advantageous
- Build and manage trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple EMEA markets, owning the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and driving positive hiring outcomes through strategic talent advisory, market insight, proactive problem-solving, and effective stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of best practice recruitment, selection policies, and employment regulations from sourcing through offer stage
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex recruitment activity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, proactively identifying and resolving challenges while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
- Experience working with recruitment KPIs and metrics, leveraging data to advise the business and make informed hiring decisions based on market insight, pipeline activity, and recruitment performance trends
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver full lifecycle recruiting services for Sales and Marketing roles across the EMEA region, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent efficiently and effectively. Other responsibilities include:
- Develop a thorough understanding of hiring manager talent needs, commercial objectives, role requirements, and regional market dynamics to assess candidate quality, skills, and fit
- Attract and recruit top-tier Sales and Marketing candidates in a cost-effective and timely manner using both active and passive sourcing strategies
- Partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple EMEA markets, managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a proactive, solutions-focused approach to identify and overcome hiring challenges while delivering exceptional talent outcomes.
- Review CVs, profiles, and credentials to evaluate appropriateness relative to position requirements
- Conduct detailed interviews, assessing candidates against role competencies, commercial capability, stakeholder alignment, and cultural fit
- Source active candidates from internal systems, employee referrals, and professional networks, while leveraging internet research, market mapping, and direct outreach to engage passive talent
- Advise hiring managers on appropriate recruitment methods, market conditions, candidate attraction strategies, and changes in applicable employment laws and practices
- Contribute to EMEA recruitment strategy in alignment with broader business and People team goals, with a focus on building strong Sales and Marketing talent pipelines
