Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Boots!

Contract: Full-time, 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Nottingham Support Office

As a Talent Acquisition Partner within our Support Office TA team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our hiring strategies and ensuring we attract the best talent across The Boots Group.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our TA team, you will:

  • Act as a brand ambassador across all social media channels, showcasing the unique culture and opportunities at Boots.
  • Collaborate with People Partners and stakeholders to understand current and future resource needs, ensuring we have the right talent in place.
  • Create innovative recruitment plans to source top talent and maintain robust talent pipelines.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, ensuring every interaction reflects our values.
  • Provide insights into external labour markets and competitive dynamics to influence hiring decisions.

What You’ll Need To Have (Our Must-Haves)

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Significant experience in full life-cycle recruitment, particularly in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment attraction strategies, including social media and campaign management.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience in interviewing and selection design.
  • A customer-centric approach to recruitment activities.
  • Awareness of digital recruitment benefits and a desire to explore this area further.
