We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with exceptional sourcing and executive search capability.

You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of corporate and technical positions, with a particular focus on attracting world-class Go-to-Market (GTM) talent including Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Marketing, Commercial, Partnerships and Revenue Operations, alongside engineering, product, operations and leadership hiring.

Success in this role comes from your ability to identify talent before anyone else does, build genuine relationships and influence hiring decisions through data and market intelligence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with hiring managers across multiple global locations to understand hiring priorities and workforce plans.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies for every critical hire rather than relying on inbound applications.
  • Identify, engage and convert passive candidates using advanced search techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, talent communities, networking and referrals.
  • Build long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment from intake through offer negotiation.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey.
  • Advise hiring managers using market insights, salary benchmarking and competitor intelligence.
  • Create innovative sourcing campaigns for difficult-to-fill technical and commercial positions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to increase awareness of Camlin within key talent markets.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to improve quality of hire, diversity, speed and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Continuously test new sourcing tools, AI technologies and automation to improve recruitment performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
