The Role

The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner for Tech & Digital is to partner with our Technology and Digital functions to attract and secure exceptional talent across their current and future hiring needs.

As a specialist Talent Acquisition Partner, you will bring deep knowledge of the Tech & Digital talent market, established networks and access to relevant talent communities and pools. You will use this expertise to advise hiring managers on the best approaches to finding, attracting and engaging high-quality talent, particularly across specialist and hard-to-fill roles.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing and attraction through to selection and offer, while building proactive talent pipelines and strengthening New Look’s employer brand presence within Tech and Digital communities.

You will be a trusted partner to the business, delivering an excellent stakeholder and candidate experience while continually improving how we attract and recruit Tech and Digital talent.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with hiring managers across Tech and Digital to understand current and future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing and attraction through to offer management, ensuring a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, bringing Tech & Digital market knowledge and insight to hiring conversations, including talent availability, emerging skills, candidate expectations and sourcing approaches.
  • Develop robust Vacancy Management and Attraction Plans, tailored to the specific role, skillset and talent market.
  • Proactively source and engage talent through direct search, headhunting, referrals, professional networks, specialist platforms and Tech & Digital communities.
  • Build and maintain strong Tech & Digital talent pipelines and networks, particularly across specialist and hard-to-fill skillsets, to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Understand where the best Tech & Digital talent can be found and continually identify new channels, communities, events and networks to strengthen our reach.
  • Partner with Tech and Digital Stakeholders to increase New Look’s visibility and reputation within relevant Tech & Digital talent communities as an employee brand.
  • Where required, manage third-party recruitment suppliers where specialist expertise or additional reach is needed.
  • Build strong knowledge of the Technology and Digital functions, priorities, capability requirements and future talent needs.
  • Use recruitment data, market insight and candidate feedback to identify opportunities and continuously improve sourcing, attraction and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Generate timely and accurate MI through the ATS or relevant tracking.
  • Ensure vacancies are filled with the right people, at the right time and at the right cost, while delivering an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.

Who You Are

  • Proven recruitment experience specialising in Technology and/or Digital roles.
  • Minimum 5 years recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Tech & Digital talent market, with established talent networks.
  • Strong direct sourcing, search and headhunting capability, including engaging passive talent and building pipelines.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into effective recruitment and attraction strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder partnering and influencing skills, with confidence advising and challenging hiring managers.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities end-to-end.
  • Confident using ATS, sourcing platforms and recruitment data.
  • Passionate about Tech & Digital recruitment and staying ahead of talent market trends.
  • Experience supporting Tech & Digital employer brand, talent communities, events or networking.
  • Experience using market insight and recruitment data to improve hiring strategies.
  • Experience recruiting within a digitally led, transformation or high-growth environment.
