This is how we aim to prevent, stop and cure diseases and ensure everyone has access to healthcare today and for generations to come. Join Roche, where every voice matters.

The Position

As Talent Acquisition Partner (d/f/m) you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we are hiring the best talent to meet our business ambitions. Make Your Mark. Improve Lives.

Thanks to this fantastic and challenging opportunity, you will be able to fully combine your recruiting and consulting skills to seek, attract and bring in the very best talent into Roche. This with the focus to support the significant demand for talent within our Roche EMEA region - now, and in the future.

As Talent Acquisition Partner (d/f/m) you will be part of the Roche EMEA Recruiting team, a group of highly skilled professionals in our Integrated Workforce Strategies (IWS) organization. Even if the geographic focus will be the UK & Ireland, you will also be closely collaborating with the other TAPs within the EMEA Region, and within our global network.

In this highly strategic and challenging role your focus will be on the following core activities and responsibilities:

  • Being a professional & consultative partner for our business leaders regarding all talent acquisition aspects.
  • Expertly driving end-to-end recruiting processes and providing customized talent acquisition strategies and solutions, including active candidate sourcing & pipelining, talent marketing, talent selection, candidate experience, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
  • Managing the offer process with all necessary stakeholders (creating an offer proposal in accordance with our Roche compensation & benefits framework and pay equity considerations, obtaining approvals, extending offers, and negotiating with the candidate if required).
  • Closely collaborating with the other People & Culture colleagues in the UK & Ireland, particularly the Business Partners to gain insight about the coming business priorities, and the People Relations Partners to ensure a high confidentiality of recruitment related topics.
  • May leading recruitment transformation projects across functions/countries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
