🏢 About Searchland & Buildscout

Searchland is a high-growth, B2B PropTech company transforming how businesses and individuals access and leverage property data. Our platform empowers property developers, land agents, architects, and planners with real-time insights — helping them make smarter, data-driven decisions when acquiring and developing land.

In just six years, we've built one of the UK's most advanced property data pipelines, integrating thousands of data sources and processing terabytes of information with less than 24-hour latency. Our cutting-edge platform is shaping the future of property intelligence.

We also operate Buildscout, our sister brand - a lead generation platform for the construction and trade industries. Both brands sit under the same roof and share the same People team, which means this role recruits across both businesses. You'll need to get under the skin of what each product does and who it serves and be able to speak confidently to candidates about the difference between them.

💻 About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team. This is a pivotal role for us - you'll own our end-to-end recruitment delivery across the business, managing a mix of commercial, operational, and technical roles while keeping a fast-moving hiring process running smoothly and professionally.

You'll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business, run structured qualification calls, and ensure every candidate gets a clear, timely experience. Alongside recruitment, you'll support new starter administration, Onboarding and People Operations - making this a great opportunity for someone who wants to broaden into generalist HR.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
