The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to do more than fill roles. You'll play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage and hire talent across the Littlefish Group, helping to build talent pipelines for future growth, strengthen hiring capability across the business and embrace modern recruitment practices.

  • Working closely with stakeholders, you'll solve hiring challenges, share market insight, identify future talent needs and deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Alongside end-to-end recruitment delivery, you'll help drive innovation through AI, recruitment technology and data-led decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading end to end recruitment activity across a variety of technical, professional and business support roles
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective attraction strategies
  • Building and managing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through multiple channels
  • Providing expert recruitment advice and guidance to stakeholders
  • Using market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring decisions
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing ATS activity, ensuring excellent data quality, governance and reporting standards
  • Producing meaningful talent acquisition metrics and insights that demonstrate impact
  • Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across the Group
  • Developing innovative sourcing approaches, including the effective use of AI and recruitment technology
  • Building strong relationships with external partners, industry networks and suppliers

What you’ll bring:

You'll be an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who combines strong delivery capability with excellent stakeholder management skills, along with:

  • Solid experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role
  • Proven success recruiting across a range of technical, professional or specialist roles
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to influence, challenge and advise hiring managers effectively
  • Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capability
  • Experience using ATS platforms and working with recruitment data and reporting
  • Strong commercial awareness and a focus on delivering value
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Curiosity around AI, automation and how technology can enhance recruitment outcomes
