Every day, millions of journeys begin with the people behind them.

At Stena Line, we're more than one of Europe's leading ferry companies. We're a trusted link between people, places and societies, connecting families, supporting businesses and helping communities thrive. None of that would be possible without our people.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who shares our passion for people and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of our business.

As part of our UK & Ireland Talent Acquisition team, you'll help attract and hire talented colleagues across a wide range of roles, from our Ports & Terminals and Onboard Sales & Services teams to office-based positions supporting our operations. Every role you recruit for contributes to delivering the service our customers rely on and the experiences that make travelling with Stena Line special.

You may already be working in recruitment or talent acquisition, or you may have gained transferable experience through HR, administration, coordination or another role involving stakeholder engagement and people processes. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, manage multiple priorities and deliver an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

If you're organised, proactive and thrive on building relationships, you'll have the opportunity to further develop your recruitment career while helping us attract the talented people who keep Stena Line moving.

At Stena Line, recruitment isn't simply about filling vacancies. It's about finding the right people, creating positive candidate experiences and helping our business continue to develop through the talent we attract.

No two days are ever quite the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of operational and professional roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct candidate screening, shortlisting, interviews and selection activities
  • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience from application through to onboarding
  • Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed timelines and in line with legislation, company policies and best practice
  • Create engaging recruitment campaigns and identify effective attraction channels
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support current and future hiring needs
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent Stena Line at recruitment events when required
  • Utilise recruitment systems and data to support effective hiring decisions and continuous improvement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
