About the Role
Are you an experienced Talent Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Do you enjoy partnering with operational leaders to attract exceptional talent, shape recruitment strategy and deliver an outstanding candidate experience?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Talent Partner to join a highly successful, people focused organisation. Working closely with senior operational stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a diverse operational workforce while influencing hiring strategy and driving continuous improvement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands on delivery and wants to make a genuine impact within a growing business.
What you'll be doing
- Partnering with senior operational leaders to understand current and future hiring requirements.
- Leading end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of operational and business support roles.
- Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns without compromising on quality.
- Developing innovative attraction strategies to engage talent in competitive markets.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for critical business areas.
- Using recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve performance.
- Driving employer brand initiatives and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Working collaboratively with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and succession initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, technology and ways of working.

We're looking for someone who has
- Significant in house Talent Acquisition or Talent Partner experience.
- A proven track record of delivering high-volume recruitment within an operational or customer-facing environment.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capability.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
- A proactive, commercially focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence using recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment analytics.
