As part of this successful and growth driven, global manufacturing organisation, the UK business operation now requires a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team, who will be responsible for leading and continuously improving the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes within the business, ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

This role has hybrid/ flexible working arrangements as well as a highly attractive compensation and benefits package.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Talent and Culture, as the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across all assigned vacancies
  • Delivering recruitment outcomes including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire and candidate experience measures
  • Developing, implementing and continuously improving a robust and consistent recruitment framework across the business
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
  • Ownership and ongoing management of a preferred supplier list, ensuring recruitment partners deliver quality candidates, value for money and a positive hiring experience
  • Ownership and optimisation of the recruitment software platform, ensuring recruitment processes, workflows and reporting remain effective and fit for purpose
  • Ensuring recruitment activities align with company values, diversity and inclusion objectives and employment legislation
  • Providing recruitment insights, reporting and market intelligence to support workforce planning and business growth
  • Promoting the business brand from a recruitment perspective and supporting the attraction of high-calibre talent

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be required to operate at a strategic level in order to advise, implement and influence at all levels throughout the business.

The Candidate

Ideally of graduate standard, preferably from within a HR, business or related discipline, candidates for the Talent Acquisition Partner role will preferably also have achieved, or be working towards their further CIPD qualifications.

  • Previous work experience in a same or similar talent acquisition role, having a proven track record shaping talent strategy
  • A background of progressive HR generalist experience in a large/international organisation
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and processes, including specialist HR recruitment software
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to be analytical, detail-oriented and process-driven, whilst being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Candidates for the Talent Acquisition Partner role should also be:

  • A pro-active, hands-on type individual, who demonstrates initiative with a positive and professional outlook
  • A strong, customer focused individual with the presence and ability to communicate, motivate and influence across all levels of the business
  • Able to work effectively within a team or under their own initiative to meet required targets and deadlines
  • An excellent communicator, with a strong commitment to success and the ability to be flexible as challenges arise
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
