MiCiM is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and support our continued growth across data centre and mission-critical construction projects.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, sourcing specialist talent and helping shape recruitment activity in a fast-paced, project-led environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across technical, commercial, project delivery and head office roles.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Sourcing and engaging candidates directly through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent mapping and industry networks.
- Building strong talent pipelines for key roles across mission-critical construction and data centre projects.
- Helping deliver a positive, professional and inclusive candidate experience.

What we’re looking for
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within construction, engineering, data centres, technical consultancy or another project-led environment.
- Strong direct sourcing skills and the confidence to engage passive candidates in specialist markets.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders in a busy, changing environment.
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
