Are you passionate about transforming recruitment, not just filling roles? We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to become an extension of our team - owning end-to-end hiring while helping shape a smarter, faster, and more effective recruitment function for our IT Solutions Provider client.
What you'll do
- Manage 10–15 live vacancies across multiple business areas.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to attract and hire top talent.
- Source exceptional candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and market mapping.
- Lead the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines and provide market insights to support future growth.

Make a lasting impact
Alongside delivery, you'll help elevate the Talent Acquisition function by:
- Reviewing and improving recruitment processes.
- Introducing structured interviews and assessment frameworks.
- Coaching hiring managers on best-practice interviewing.
- Enhancing the candidate experience.
- Driving ATS adoption, reporting, and recruitment excellence.
- Mentoring the internal TA team and embedding scalable best practice.
About you

You'll have experience in an embedded, in-house, or RPO Talent Acquisition role, with:
- A proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment.
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Experience improving TA processes and influencing senior stakeholders.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
