Talent Acquisition & People Administrator

Content Guru is a leading provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions, supporting organisations across the globe through innovative technology including Generative AI and our storm® platform.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Talent Acquisition & People Administrator to join our People Team. Supporting Talent Acquisition, you will play an important role in coordinating recruitment activity and ensuring candidates and hiring managers receive a smooth, professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Alongside your recruitment responsibilities, you will also provide administrative support to the wider People Team, assisting with areas such as onboarding, employee records and internal communications.

What we are looking for…

You will be an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with confidential information, you will be confident communicating with candidates, managers and colleagues across the business.

Location…

This role is based at our Bracknell, Berkshire Head Office.

Key responsibilities of the role…

Recruitment coordination

  • Coordinate interviews, assessments and meetings between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and a professional experience.
  • Support the preparation and publication of job adverts across internal and external recruitment channels.
  • Assist with CV screening against agreed role requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and recruitment partners.

Recruitment administration

  • Maintain accurate candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare offer documentation and support the completion of pre-employment checks and other joining requirements.
  • Track outstanding documentation and proactively follow up to ensure recruitment processes are completed.
  • Produce recruitment reports and maintain accurate recruitment records as required.
  • Create and maintain recruitment documentation and materials.

Onboarding and People administration

  • Support new starter administration and help ensure everything is prepared for colleagues joining the business.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and People documentation.
  • Provide administrative support across wider People processes as required.
  • Respond to straightforward colleague queries and direct more complex queries to the appropriate member of the People Team.
  • Support internal training sessions and other People Team activities where required.

Engagement and communication

  • Support employer-branding activities, including careers fairs, recruitment events and recruitment campaigns.
  • Assist with People Team communications and updates to colleagues.
  • Promote the fair treatment and wellbeing of colleagues throughout People and recruitment processes.

About you…

  • Demonstrable experience working in a busy administrative role.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a professional, approachable manner.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
  • Proactive and dependable, with the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Previous recruitment or HR administration experience.
  • A degree and/or CIPD qualification would be desirable.
