This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic Talent Acquisition with influential HR Business Partnering, working closely with leaders across an international business to drive growth, strengthen teams and deliver an outstanding employee experience.
This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, with an anticipated start date in early October.

The Role
Talent Acquisition is at the heart of this role. You'll own the end-to-end hiring process, working closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes and build high-performing teams across our international business. Alongside recruitment, you'll have the opportunity to support our Chief People Officer and wider People team with ad hoc HR projects and business partnering activities.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across the UK, US and European regions, hiring for a broad range of corporate, commercial, creative and leadership roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, manage expectations and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
- Proactively source and engage diverse, high-quality talent using a variety of attraction methods and talent pipelines.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, managing the recruitment process from screening and assessment through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, providing advice, coaching and support to managers and senior leaders across the business.
- Support the delivery of strategic people initiatives, including organisational change, restructures, process improvements and HR projects.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion by embedding inclusive hiring practices, supporting DEI initiatives and helping foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, using recruitment insights, market intelligence and data to influence hiring decisions and support business growth.
About You
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels within an international business.
- Strong knowledge of global recruitment, ideally with experience hiring across the UK, US and European markets.
- You recognise that every candidate interaction is an opportunity to build our employer brand and are committed to creating a positive, engaging and inclusive recruitment experience.
- Previous exposure in a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role, with an understanding of employee relations.
- Confident partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
- Experienced using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to manage recruitment and people processes (Ideally HiBob).
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded with exceptional communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused, with strong judgement and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
