Job Title: Regional Experienced Talent Recruiter

Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking a Regional Experienced Talent Recruiter to support a major engineering and industrial programme based in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to make a real impact within a fast-paced, site-based environment.

Operating inside IR35, this position offers strong exposure to a high-performing organisation, alongside the potential to transition into a permanent role after 12 months.

About the Role

As a Regional Experienced Talent Recruiter, you will manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a consistent and high-quality recruitment process while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (essential)
  • 7–12 years’ end-to-end recruitment experience (core recruiter background)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work fully on-site in Southampton (office attendance required)
  • Full UK driving licence essential for site access

  • £27.84 - £43.58 Per Hour PAYE
  • £36.70 - £56.14 Per Hour Umbrella
