We’re ambitious, innovative, and growing – and now we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant / Recruitment Consultant (1–3 years’ experience) to join our London-based team (hybrid working).

  • You’ll get involved in both contingency sales, delivery with the potential to work embedded as part of an onsite talent acquisition capability.
  • You will learn how to run a 360 desk and build relationships with leading management consultancy and professional services firms in the UK and beyond.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the team on live recruitment projects (permanent and contract)
  • Working onsite with our clients as part of embedded Talent Acquisition teams
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates across consultancy and professional services
  • Learning how to build client relationships and gradually taking on your own accounts
  • Helping to identify new business opportunities alongside senior colleagues
  • Contributing to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house) – any sector, but professional services/tech/finance would be a bonus
  • A natural relationship-builder who enjoys speaking to people and creating trust
  • Someone driven, curious, and eager to learn the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Resilient, positive, and motivated by success (individually and as part of a team)
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable with responsibility and wants to grow quickly
  • Someone who does what’s right for clients and candidates – always
