Established in 2003 and headquartered in Chalk Farm, London, the business works with clients ranging from founder-led start-ups to private equity-backed companies and established global brands.

They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher to join their growing team.

The Role

You will support a variety of search projects, helping to identify, engage and attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and disciplines.

The role will involve building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring requirements while helping to deliver an efficient recruitment process and an excellent experience for clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify suitable candidates for a variety of roles
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
  • Engage with prospective candidates through different sourcing channels
  • Support the delivery of search projects across the fashion, beauty, lifestyle and direct-to-consumer sectors
  • Develop relationships with candidates and internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Support the wider Talent Team throughout the recruitment process
  • Help ensure a smooth and professional client and candidate experience

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident engaging with people at all levels
  • A genuine interest in people, recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and motivated approach
  • Good organisation and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • No previous recruitment experience is required, as full training will be provided
