About Lovey

Join One of the UK's Fastest-Growing Finance Companies

Lovey (formerly Love Finance) is a fast-growing UK SME lender and broker, founded in 2016 with a simple goal: to make business lending simple and fast. Since then, we've funded more than £500 million in loans for over 10,000 SMEs across the UK. We've been recognised by organisations including EY, Deloitte, The Sunday Times, Financial Times, UK Growth Index, FeBe and Sifted as one of the UK's fastest-growing companies.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to support the growth of our Sales teams.

The Opportunity

This is a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment role focused exclusively on Sales recruitment.

  • You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner, HR team and Sales Leadership Team to source and identify high-quality candidates for our Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development Manager (BDM) positions.
  • You'll spend a significant amount of your day sourcing candidates, making outbound calls and conducting initial screening interviews.
  • The role is highly activity and target driven, so you'll need to be confident on the phone, resilient and motivated by results.
  • You don't need previous recruitment experience. We're interested in people with the right attitude, communication skills and drive to succeed.

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Resourcing

  • Proactively source high volumes of candidates for SDR and BDM positions
  • Use LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other channels to identify and attract potential candidates
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective candidates and sell the opportunity at Lovey
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of sales talent
  • Re-engage previous applicants and suitable candidates from our existing database
  • Conduct initial telephone and video screening interviews
  • Assess candidates against agreed recruitment criteria and identify candidates with the right ambition, resilience, communication skills and commercial drive
  • Provide clear feedback and recommendations to the Internal Recruiter and progress suitable candidates through the recruitment process
  • Manage multiple SDR and BDM vacancies simultaneously and work towards agreed sourcing and candidate targets
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and keep recruitment systems up to date
  • Develop a strong understanding of what makes a successful SDR and BDM at Lovey
  • Work closely with the Internal Recruiter and Sales Leadership Team to understand current and future hiring requirements
  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve Lovey's sales recruitment strategy and candidate pipeline

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
