Talent Acquisition Resourcer
London | £30,000 Salary + £3,000 Annual Bonus
Help Build the Teams Behind a Global Business
The best hires aren't always actively applying for jobs. They're often the people who aren't looking yet, the people doing great work elsewhere, and the people who haven't realised their next opportunity is waiting for them.
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our growing in-house recruitment team and help connect exceptional people with exciting career opportunities across a global organisation.
Whether you already have recruitment experience or you're coming from a customer-facing, sales, retail, hospitality or business support background, this role offers a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
The Opportunity
This is much more than scheduling interviews and posting vacancies.
- You'll learn how to identify talent, build professional networks, understand hiring markets and engage candidates through research, social platforms and relationship building.
- Working alongside experienced Talent Acquisition professionals, you'll develop specialist sourcing and recruitment skills while playing a key role in helping the business attract top talent.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
