Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Resourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team.

You'll play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience, supporting everything from interview scheduling and recruitment operations to hiring for junior-level roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships and keeping multiple priorities moving smoothly.

You'll be joining a collaborative Talent Acquisition Team of 3 people, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on both the candidate experience and the success of our hiring efforts, while continuing to develop your recruitment expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Operations

  • Coordinate interviews across the business, including complex panel and executive scheduling.
  • Be the first point of contact for recruitment queries from candidates, hiring managers and agencies.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support recruitment administration, reporting and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate and distribute recruitment communications, including newsletters and updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the recruitment experience.
  • Ensure candidate data, recruitment records and communications are managed in accordance with GDPR requirements and company data protection policies.

Resourcing Support

  • Support the hiring of junior-level roles across the business.
  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening for more senior roles in Retail & our Corporate Office.
  • Build effective relationships with recruitment agencies and manage candidate submissions.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and activity within our ATS.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
  • Passionate about delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence coordinating complex interview schedules and managing competing demands.
  • Comfortable working with recruitment systems and reporting tools.
