At CFC, we're growing rapidly and hiring exceptional talent is critical to our success. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our People team on a 6-month fixed term contract to help us find and attract the talent that will shape the future of our business.

Partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition team, you'll be at the forefront of identifying, engaging and building relationships with top talent across our Business Enablement functions, including Finance, Compliance, Legal, HR and more. You'll use your curiosity, creativity and market knowledge to uncover great people, build meaningful talent pipelines and deliver outstanding candidate experiences.

About the role

  • Source and engage high-quality candidates across Business Enablement functions using direct sourcing, networking, referrals and market mapping techniques.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support both current vacancies and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements, key competencies and business priorities.
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies across a variety of business areas and levels of seniority.
  • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, Pinpoint, job boards and other sourcing channels to identify and engage active and passive talent.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research to provide insights on candidate availability, competitor activity and talent trends.
  • Deliver strong candidate shortlists and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
  • Promote CFC's employer brand and employee value proposition to external talent markets.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data within Pinpoint and other recruitment systems.
  • Support diversity hiring initiatives by building diverse talent pools and identifying underrepresented talent.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment administration, interview scheduling and hiring processes where required.

About you

  • Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven success sourcing across multiple business functions, such as Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Marketing or Corporate Services.
  • Strong capability in direct sourcing, talent mapping and candidate engagement.
  • Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
  • Naturally curious, proactive and skilled at building relationships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated environment would be beneficial, but not essential.
