Recruitment Sourcer — London

Chapter 2 | Embedded with a Leading Fintech / Payments Company | London (Hybrid, 2–3 days in office)

About Chapter 2

Chapter 2 is one of the fastest-growing embedded talent businesses in the world. We've scaled to 160+ people globally in under four years, partnering with high-growth startups and scale-ups across Europe and the US. We don't do contingency. We don't post CVs. We embed directly into the world's most ambitious companies — acting as their talent function, building their hiring infrastructure, and delivering results at agency speed with the standards of an internal team.

Our commercial growth is fuelled by two things: sharp outbound sales and world-class events that put us in the same room as the people we want to work with. That's where you come in.

We are relentless in our pursuit of excellence, embedding world-class talent, pioneering technology, and compelling employer branding into organizations across industries. Our approach isn’t just about recruitment—it’s about building long-term success for our clients.

We are loyal to our clients, to our vision, and most importantly, to each other—because we know that true success is built together.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
