The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly driven and proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team.
This role is dedicated exclusively to recruitment delivery and talent generation. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and attracting top talent across a broad range of technology and business roles. You will play a critical role in building future talent pipelines, increasing direct hiring capability and ensuring Bell maintains access to the best candidates in the market.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Identification & Sourcing
- Proactively source high-calibre candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, networking and market mapping activities.
- Build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines across core Bell business areas including:
- Digital Transformation
- Artificial Intelligence & Data
- Sales & Business Development
- Modern Workplace
- Cloud & Infrastructure
- Cyber Security
- Service Delivery & Managed Services
- Professional Services & Consulting
- Software & Engineering
- Technical Leadership positions
- Conduct targeted talent searches for both active and passive candidates.
- Create and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop market intelligence and competitor mapping to support strategic hiring initiatives.

Candidate Engagement
- Deliver compelling outreach campaigns to attract passive talent.
- Build strong relationships with prospective candidates and act as an ambassador for the Bell employer brand.
- Qualify candidates against role requirements, culture fit and career aspirations.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process.
- Maintain regular communication with potential future hires who may not be immediately available.
Recruitment Delivery Support
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand hiring priorities and recruiting strategies.
- Support multiple live vacancies simultaneously across different business units.
- Conduct initial screening conversations and provide detailed candidate assessments.
- Present high-quality shortlisted candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners for progression.
- Ensure candidate pipelines remain active, diverse and aligned to business demand.
- Manage candidate activity accurately within the ATS and recruitment systems.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Attend vacancy intake sessions with Talent Acquisition Partners where required.
- Provide market insights, talent availability trends and sourcing recommendations.
- Support workforce planning initiatives through proactive talent mapping and pipelining.
- Build trusted relationships across the Talent Acquisition function and wider business.
Continuous Improvement
- Track sourcing activity, conversion rates and pipeline effectiveness.
- Share best practice sourcing techniques and market insights with the wider TA team.
- Leverage AI tools, recruitment technology and data-driven approaches to improve sourcing outcomes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to increase direct hiring and reduce agency dependency.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, Talent Researcher, Recruitment Consultant or Talent Attraction role.
- Strong experience sourcing passive candidates within technology and IT markets.
- Track record of delivering candidates across multiple technical and commercial disciplines.
- Experience supporting high-volume and specialist recruitment simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment with changing priorities.

- Experience recruiting within digital transformation, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, AI or enterprise technology environments.
- Knowledge of talent market mapping methodologies.
- Experience using modern recruitment technology, automation tools and AI-enabled sourcing platforms.
- Understanding of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive recruitment practices.
Success in the Role
Within your first 12 months, you will:
- Become a trusted sourcing partner to Bell's Talent Acquisition team.
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines across key business areas.
- Increase direct candidate generation and reduce reliance on external agencies.
- Consistently deliver qualified, engaged candidates into recruitment processes.
- Provide valuable market intelligence to support hiring decisions.
- Contribute significantly to Bell's overall recruitment delivery performance.
