Job Title: Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

Location: Leeds, London, or Manchester

Job Function:

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is accountable for candidate sourcing and engagement activity across CBRE Business Lines. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, they work within a flexible structure alongside Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners to deliver recruitment activity to a successful conclusion.

Sourcing candidates for existing vacancies and creating pipelines for future requirements against workforce plans through a combination of networking, research, and sourcing on various candidate attraction tools and job boards.

SME within Talent Management for the Local UK's largest retail account and Leeds Gateway office. Responsible for providing a high-level candidate experience and customer satisfaction, supporting CBRE diversity equity and inclusion initiatives throughout, shortlisting, providing candidate feedback, contract initiation, oversight of onboarding, and induction into the business.

Key Tasks:

  • Supporting TA Leads and TA Partners to source direct candidates, provide candidate feedback, offer negotiation support as directed, and initiate contracts in a way that strengthens and conveys a positive CBRE employer brand.
  • Working with TA Leads and Partners to understand job requirements to be able to source suitable candidates from various job boards and databases, including Avature.
  • Acting as the candidate's liaison throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience up to day 1 and throughout their induction.
  • Developing excellent relationships across the wider TA team, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process.
  • Responsible for supporting TA Partners with vacancies as allocated by TA Leads to satisfactory completion.
  • Working in collaboration with other members of the Talent Acquisition and People team to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruits against requirements from diverse pools of candidates.
  • Building Talent Pipelines, responsible for fulfilling recruitment requirements by building an effective diverse talent pool of potential candidates.
  • Working collaboratively across the team to improve talent acquisition by identifying and sharing key talent.
  • Delivering face-to-face and virtual training across the Account.
  • Vacancy posting on various candidate attraction tools and job boards.
  • Providing great customer, candidate, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensuring corporate and legal requirements are met as part of their role and champions the Talent Resourcing Principles.
  • Understanding and being compliant with the latest legislation, including GDPR, Data Protection, and CBRE policies.
  • Promoting CBRE employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent, actively participating across the TA team ensuring best practice is shared and implemented.
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal and external talent, providing customer, candidate, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Updating Avature ATS and other reporting systems to enable weekly and monthly TA activity reports.
  • Working with agreed Recruitment Agency PSL and managing 3rd party TA suppliers.
  • Supporting reduced and effective external agency usage across CBRE.

Education

Internal recruitment experience working alongside HR/People functions.

Skills

  • Able to work in a matrix organization, prioritizing, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders.

Knowledge

  • Experience recruiting engineering/industrial and/or customer service roles.
