Talent Acquisition Specialist

About WYN
A fast-growing AI Native Services London startup, helping enterprises save an average of 30% on their software and AI spend. Founded in 2024 by former enterprise sales leaders Adrien Bourg and Sergei Tugarinov, we've scaled to a team of 24+ remaining bootstrapped, with $3B in software spend under management for customers. Our current growth is exceeding 500% Y/Y.
The Role
This is a genuinely rare opportunity: you'll be WYN's first-ever full-time internal Talent Acquisition hire. No inherited process, no legacy systems to untangle, just a blank page and the chance to build the TA function from the ground up.
As WYN scales, the people we hire are what will make or break our growth and you'll be right at the heart of that story. You'll own full-cycle recruitment across the business, from sourcing and outreach through to offer, and you'll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define what great looks like for every role. Everything from the tools you choose to the candidate experience you create will carry your fingerprints. If you've ever wanted to build something real and watch it become the engine behind a company's growth, this is it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Not a Fit If
- You want a purely administrative, transactional recruitment role
- You're not comfortable proactively sourcing and reaching out to passive candidates
- You'd rather have the safety net of a big, structured corporate than the pace and ownership of a fast-growing startup
- You're looking for a fully remote role
