Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies.

We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

We’re looking for a brilliant Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our newly formed global Talent Acquisition team and help us find and hire great people for innocent.

This role can be based in our London, Vienna or Salzburg office.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll look after end-to-end recruitment across our DAT (Germany & Austria), Nordics and UK markets, working closely with hiring managers and People Partners (that’s what we call our HR Business Partners) to find the right people and create a great experience for everyone involved along the way.

You will

  • Manage recruitment from start to finish – from kicking off a role and sourcing great people, to screening candidates, making offers and getting someone ready to join.
  • Champion fair and inclusive hiring and help us reduce bias in our recruitment processes.
  • Help embed our in-house recruitment approach across the DAT & Nordics markets, supporting and guiding hiring managers as they get used to a new way of working.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and People Partners to understand what they need and help them make great hiring decisions.
  • Proactively find and engage great people, building strong talent pools along the way for future needs.
  • Give candidates a brilliant experience, keeping them in the loop and providing timely feedback.
  • Get to know our hiring markets and use what you learn to help us hire better.
  • Use recruitment data and insights to understand what’s working and where we can do things better.
  • Get stuck into projects that help us continuously improve how we attract and hire great people.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.

In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.

Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
