We're hiring on behalf of a pioneering company that has developed the world's first engineering-grade Augmented Reality solution for the construction industry. Their innovative technology is actively transforming how major global projects are delivered, and they are seeking a tech-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to support their continued growth.
The Role
- Own end-to-end hiring for technology roles, including Software Engineering, Computer Vision, BIM/VDC, and Product.
- Partner with hiring managers to define and execute strategic hiring plans.
- Proactively source high-demand technical talent using creative and non-traditional methods.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche skillsets such as AR/VR, computer vision, and engineering.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data to enhance hiring performance and optimize recruitment processes.

What You'll Need
- In-house recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on technical hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting within engineering or deep technology environments.
- Demonstrated success in filling complex or hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience sourcing talent globally and employing diverse recruitment channels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge, influence, and collaborate effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub.
