Talent Acquisition Specialist | Near Selby, North Yorkshire | £250/day (inside IR35) FTC to December 2026

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract through to the end of the year.

You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing high-quality talent, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven in-house or agency recruitment experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience recruiting across a variety of roles
  • Proactive sourcing and talent attraction expertise
  • Full UK driving licence and access to transport
