Job Description
We're hiring on behalf of a global leader in payment technologies, enabling software and sales professionals to deliver payment innovations without needing in-house expertise. This company empowers partners with choice and challenges the status quo in payments, powering success for innovative tech created by SMBs, entrepreneurs, and fintech startups.
The Role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake to offer acceptance, for global Support, Sales, and Marketing roles.
- Simultaneously handle a significant number of open requisitions, ensuring both speed and quality.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and align on candidate profiles and timelines.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using various platforms and creative channels.
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates across different markets.
- Champion the company's culture, values, and employer brand in all candidate interactions.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and leverage recruitment data for decision-making.
- Provide regular updates on requisition status, pipeline health, and market insights to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and practices.

What You'll Need
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in an in-house and/or agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently, balancing speed and quality.
- Strong direct sourcing skills with demonstrated experience engaging passive candidates.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business areas.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with hiring managers.
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills.
- A data-informed mindset, tracking metrics and using insights to improve outcomes.
- Sound understanding of confidentiality and ethical recruitment practices.
