About The Role

Enso Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, global technology organization that is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Belfast-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals early in their recruitment careers who are eager to develop comprehensive, end-to-end recruitment experience within a fast-paced, international environment. In this role, you will work closely with a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the hiring process across a diverse range of technical and non-technical roles. The position offers variety and challenge, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. You will be instrumental in supporting the organization’s talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to the technology sector.
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of agency recruiting experience will be considered, especially those familiar with managing multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in direct sourcing techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with familiarity with Greenhouse being advantageous.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and professionalism are key attributes for success in this fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management for a variety of roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Proactively identify pipeline gaps or bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Act as the primary contact for external recruitment agencies supporting global hiring efforts across the UK, US, and India.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all job postings are accurate, up-to-date, and posted across relevant platforms.
  • Assist with hiring events and initiatives aimed at increasing employer brand visibility and expanding the candidate pool.
