About Us

At Charity Link, we recruit talented people who help raise vital funds for some of the UK's leading charities. We're looking for an ambitious and proactive Talent Acquisition specialist to help attract, engage and hire high-performing sales professionals for our teams across the UK. Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in supporting business growth by building exceptional fundraising teams that make a real difference.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for recruiting door-to-door and private site field sales candidates nationwide. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates through to offer, ensuring Charity Link continues to attract and retain the very best talent.

Working closely with Area Managers, Team Managers and operational leaders, you'll develop talent pipelines, deliver exceptional candidate experiences and help achieve regional hiring targets across the UK.

  • Recruit door-to-door fundraisers across multiple UK regions
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction to offer
  • Advertise roles through job boards, social media and referral networks
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates through proactive recruitment activity
  • Screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews and virtual interviews
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements and hiring priorities
  • Ensure accurate recruitment tracking and ATS management
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new starters

Who You Are

You'll be a driven recruiter who enjoys finding great people and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Resourcing
  • Experience recruiting sales, field sales, fundraising or customer-facing roles
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Organised, proactive and results-driven approach
