Talent Acquisition Specialist - Milton Keynes

Working within our People Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be a key part of the organisation proactively resourcing for hard to fill roles across the Group 1 Automotive network of stores and head office functions.

In this exciting role you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team attracting the future talent and promoting Group 1 Automotive as an employer of choice.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Proactive talent sourcing and candidate outreach for hard to fill roles.
  • Using talent resourcing tools including social media to identify and attract passive candidates and promote our employer brand.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool of candidates across Group 1 Automotive.
  • Partner with the business to understand the required skillsets for hard to fill roles.
  • Use data, reporting and analytics to validate the quality of sourcing activity.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Helpful skills and qualifications

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within retail automotive or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of attracting passive candidates for hard to fill roles
  • Able to produce and deliver effective recruitment campaigns and experience using social media
  • Proficiency with using applicant tracking systems and building talent pools
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
