Talent Acquisition Business Partner

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a public sector organisation based in Nottinghamshire (hybrid) on an initial 12-month contract, paying up to £350 per day (Inside IR35).

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to attend the office three days per week.

The successful Talent Acquisition Business Partner will lead recruitment across specialist and hard-to-fill roles, managing the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You'll build effective talent pipelines, partner with stakeholders across the organisation, and use recruitment data to shape reporting and hiring decisions.

Required Experience

You will need proven experience in the following:

  • Talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding within a growing or complex organisation
  • Direct sourcing and attraction methods for specialist and hard-to-fill roles
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building talent pipelines
  • Recruitment best practice, employment legislation and DEI principles
  • Stakeholder management and influencing at all levels
  • Using recruitment data and analytics to deliver insights and recommendations

Beneficial Experience

Experience within government, public sector, energy, engineering, scientific or regulated environments would be beneficial, along with:

  • EVP and employer branding
  • Onboarding and retention design
  • Support for workforce planning and large-scale campaigns

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) is required for this role.
